Estes termos e condições podem ser revistos a qualquer momento sem nenhum aviso prévio, pelo que o utilizador deve consultá-los sempre que adquirir novos produtos através deste website.

Os produtos comercializados pela UMPERCENTO., neste website estão em conformidade com a legislação em vigor em Portugal, nomeadamente, sempre que aplicável quanto à denominação de venda, lista de componentes, condições de utilização, país de origem e método de transformação.

Regime de Encomenda e Compra
1. Catálogo on-line
Constam do catálogo on-line as seguintes informações:
a) produtos e respectivas características;
b) preço total, incluindo IVA à taxa legal em vigor e outros impostos ou taxas aplicáveis;
c) outros encargos, se aplicáveis.
UMPERCENTO assume a responsabilidade das informações directamente por si prestadas relativamente aos produtos expostos para venda.
O cliente após seleccionar os produtos escolhidos deve elaborar a encomenda e aguardar confirmação.
Assim que o conteúdo da encomenda, ou parte dele, for confirmado pela UMPERCENTO., considera-se celebrado o contrato de compra e venda e o cliente poderá efectuar o pagamento, mediante referência emitida, a qual terá um prazo de validade.
Os dados registados provam o conjunto das transacções comerciais efectuadas e estarão sempre disponíveis e acessíveis pelo cliente.
Métodos de pagamento
• Podem ser utilizadas as seguintes formas de pagamento:
a) Multibanco;
b) APPLE PAY
c) GOOGLE PAY
Preços e Disponibilidades
A UMPERCENTO só entrega produtos na Europa, garantindo que os preços de venda unitários praticados são sempre os indicados na nota de encomenda que foi confirmada/finalizada no website e não os do dia da entrega.
Na confirmação da “Nota de Encomenda” são apresentados a descrição dos produtos, preços e custos de todos os serviços de transporte.
Os custos de envio são de 2.5 euros, independentemente do valor total da encomenda.
Prazos e Forma de Entrega
A entrega dos produtos é efetuada pelo correio, por UM PERCENTO.
Porque assim é, o prazo de entrega dependerá, naturalmente, deste serviço e das condicionantes inerentes ao mesmo.
A encomenda será entregue no endereço que o cliente indicar em Portugal ou Europa.
A UMPERCENTO, contratará um serviço para entrega no endereço indicado, sendo que, se por motivo imputável ao cliente, não for entregue na data esperada, o cliente deve dar o seu acordo para a transportadora depositar num ponto de recolha disponível.
Neste caso, considera-se que a UMPERCENTO cumpriu a sua obrigação.
No caso de a encomenda ser devolvida porque o cliente não a levantou dentro do prazo indicado pelo ponto de recolha, o novo envio terá um custo agravado de 5,00 euros mais IVA, a liquidar pelo cliente, no acto da segunda entrega.
As encomendas serão processadas e expedidas apenas nas segundas-feiras, sendo prevista a entrega no prazo de 5-10 dias em Portugal, ou 10-20 dias no caso de ser fora de Portugal.
A entrega dos produtos encomendados será efetuada somente durante os dias úteis.
Os prazos das entregas são meramente indicativos, não sendo, portanto, atribuído nenhum direito de resolução ao comprador caso o prazo seja excedido.
No caso, porém, de o cliente encomendar com um modo de entrega mais expedito, caso este não seja cumprido, por facto imputável à UMPERCENTO, o cliente será ressarcido dos valores que pagou.
Trocas e Devoluções
A UMPERCENTO apenas aceita trocas nos seguintes termos:
O consumidor enviará um email para o endereço de correio eletrónico disponibilizado, fundamentando a sua intenção de proceder à troca ou devolução.
Esta justificação será analisada e decidida, a exclusivo critério da UMPERCENTO, se concede ou não essa possibilidade.
O prazo para requerer a troca são de 14 dias.
Os custos das devoluções correrão por parte do cliente.
Documentos de Identificação
Por forma a garantir o cumprimento das disposições legais especiais bem como a entrega dos produtos a quem efectivamente realizou a compra, a UMPERCENTO, poderá solicitar a apresentação de documento de identificação válido de quem efectuou e/ou recebe a encomenda, nomeadamente cartão de cidadão ou passaporte/titulo de autorização de residência, reservando-se o direito de não efectuar essa entrega em caso de dúvidas sobre a respectiva identidade.
Por razões de segurança e de forma a evitar o uso fraudulento em pagamentos on-line, UM PERCENTO, poderá solicitar o comprovativo da titularidade do meio de pagamento utilizado.
Direito de livre resolução
. O cliente tem o direito de resolver o contrato no prazo de 15 dias.
. Os custos das devoluções são responsabilidade do cliente.
A recusa de recebimento ou a não entrega dos produtos encomendados por facto não imputáveis à UMPERCENTO ou ao transportador, não confere ao cliente qualquer direito de resolução.
No caso em que o cliente alegue desconformidade ou defeito do produto, que seja reconhecido por UMPERCENTO., o cliente terá o direito, à sua escolha, de resolver o contrato, ou substituição do produto por si selecionado e adquirido, o que deverá fazer por e.mail.
Caso opte pela resolução, UMPERCENTO., reembolsá-lo-á do preço pago no prazo máximo de 15 dias após receção da encomenda devolvida pelo cliente.
Manutenção de Produtos
Chamamos a atenção para as instruções de lavagem e manutenção impressas nas etiquetas dos Produtos. Não nos responsabilizamos por qualquer dano resultante do manuseio incorreto dos Produtos, incluindo qualquer manuseio contrário às instruções.
Métodos de reembolso
A devolução do preço pago será efectuada, de preferência, por transferência bancária para a conta do cliente, devendo este fornecer a identificação do seu Iban, Banco e Swift.
Lei Competente e Foro
A lei pela qual estas relações comerciais são regidas é a Lei Portuguesa.
Qualquer litígio emergente destas, deve ser submetido ao Tribunal Português Competente.
Livro de reclamações
Quaisquer reclamações devem ser dirigidas ao endereço de correio eletrónico umpercento@outlook.com.
Recebida uma reclamação, UMPERCENTO, responder-lhe-á no prazo máximo de 15 dias úteis.
Feed-back dos consumidores
É garantido aos clientes o direito de se pronunciar neste website sobre os produtos adquiridos.

Order and Purchase Regime
1. Online catalogue
The following information can be found in the online catalogue:
a) products and their characteristics;
b) total price, including VAT at the legal rate in force and other applicable taxes or fees;
c) other charges, if applicable.
ONEPERCENT assumes responsibility for the information provided directly by it in relation to the products displayed for sale.
The customer, after selecting the chosen products, must place the order and wait for confirmation.
As soon as the content of the order, or part of it, is confirmed by UMPERCENTO., the purchase and sale contract is considered to have been concluded and the customer will be able to make the payment, by means of a reference issued, which will have a deadline of validity.
The recorded data proves all the commercial transactions carried out and will always be available and accessible by the customer.
Payment methods

c) GOOGLE PAY
Prices and Availability
UMPERCENTO only delivers products in Europe, ensuring that the unit sales prices practiced are always those indicated on the order form that was confirmed/finalized on the website and not those on the day of delivery.
The "Purchase Order" confirmation shows a description of the products, prices and costs of all transport services.
Shipping costs are 2.5 euros, regardless of the total value of the order.
Deadlines and Delivery Method
The delivery of the products is made by mail, for UMPERCENTO.
Because this is the case, the delivery time will depend, of course, on this service and the constraints inherent to it.
The order will be delivered to the address that the customer indicates in Portugal or Europe.
UMPERCENTO will hire a service for delivery to the indicated address, and if, for reasons attributable to the customer, it is not delivered on the expected date, the customer must give his agreement for the carrier to deposit it at an available collection point. In this case, UMPERCENTO is considered to have fulfilled its obligation.
In the event that the order is returned because the customer did not pick it up within the deadline indicated by the collection point, the new shipment will have an increased cost of 5.00 euros plus VAT, to be paid by the customer, at the time of the second delivery.
Orders will be processed and shipped only on Mondays, and delivery is expected within 5-10 days in Portugal, or 10-20 days in the case of outside Portugal.
The delivery of the ordered products will be made only during working days.
Delivery times are indicative only, and therefore no right of withdrawal is granted to the buyer if the deadline is exceeded.
In the event, however, that the customer orders with a more expedited delivery method, if this is not fulfilled, due to a fact attributable to UMPERCENTO, the customer will be reimbursed for the amounts paid.
Exchanges and Returns
UMPERCENTO only accepts exchanges under the following terms:
The consumer will send an email to the email address provided, justifying their intention to proceed with the exchange or return.
This justification will be analyzed and decided, at the sole discretion of UMPERCENTO, whether or not to grant this possibility.
The deadline to request the exchange is 14 days.
The costs of returns will be borne by the customer.
Identification Documents
In order to ensure compliance with the special legal provisions as well as the delivery of the products to those who actually made the purchase, UMPERCENTO may request the presentation of a valid identification document of the person who made and/or receives the order, namely citizen card or passport/residence permit, reserving the right not to make this delivery in case of doubts about the respective identity.
For security reasons and in order to avoid fraudulent use in online payments, ONE PERCENT, may request proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Right of free withdrawal
. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days.
. The costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
The refusal to receive or non-delivery of the ordered products due to facts not attributable to UMPERCENTO or the carrier, does not give the customer any right of withdrawal.
In the event that the customer alleges non-conformity or defect of the product, which is recognized by UMPERCENTO, the customer will have the right, at his choice, to terminate the contract, or replace the product selected and purchased by him, which he must do by e.mail.
If you choose the resolution, UMPERCENTO., will refund you the price paid within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the order returned by the customer.
Product Maintenance
Please note that the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the Products are drawn to your attention. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from mishandling of the Products, including any handling contrary to the instructions.
Refund Methods
The refund of the price paid will be made, preferably, by bank transfer to the customer's account, who must provide the identification of his Iban, Bank and Swift.
You Jurisdiction and Jurisdiction
The law by which these commercial relations are governed is Portuguese Law.
Any dispute arising from these must be submitted to the Competent Portuguese Court.
Complaints book

Upon receipt of a complaint, UMPERCENTO will respond to it within a maximum of 15 working days.
