How shipping works

We prepare and ship orders every Monday. Orders placed by Sunday 1:00 PM are included in that week’s dispatch. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Timelines below are business-day estimates after dispatch. Peak periods, holidays, customs checks, or weather may extend delivery times.

Methods & shipping costs

Available services and rates are shown at checkout based on destination and order weight/volume. Whenever possible, we use services with a tracking number.

Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or contact us.

Address changes & failed deliveries

  • Incorrect/incomplete address: let us know immediately. If the parcel has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
  • Failed delivery attempts: parcels returned due to absence or wrong address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

Loss, damage & insurance

  • Damaged on arrival: photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost parcel: we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Resolution depends on the carrier’s investigation.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and local taxes charged at destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may affect delivery timelines.

Pre-orders & stock status

  • Pre-orders: estimated ship dates are shown on the product page. Your order ships when all items are ready.
  • Mixed carts (in-stock + pre-order): we ship together by default. Need split shipments? Contact us.

FAQ — Shipping

When will my order ship?

We dispatch every Monday. Orders placed by Sunday 1:00 PM ship on the following Monday; later orders ship the next Monday.

How long will delivery take?

Portugal: 5–10 business days. Europe: 10–20 business days. These are estimates provided by carriers and can vary during peak seasons or due to customs.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. A tracking code is emailed when your parcel is dispatched.

Can you ship urgently?

Reach out before ordering via Contact us. We’ll try to help, but we cannot guarantee faster transit once the parcel is with the carrier.

My address was wrong — what now?

Tell us immediately. If the parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has, we will coordinate with the carrier; re-shipping may incur an additional fee.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange the best solution.

Will I pay customs or taxes?

Orders outside the EU may incur duties/VAT/local taxes upon arrival. These are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you split shipments?

By default, we ship orders together. If you need items separately, contact us after checkout and we’ll advise on options and costs.
